 I just added ogv and oga to /etc/mime.types as Xiph now recommends using
 these.  I noticed that it didn't immediately work (I thought twisted
 checked on every request, but apparently I'm wrong), and I had to restart
 the ondemand component.

 This is a bit hard to deploy in real life, so I suggest automatically
 checking this file somehow, or if that's not possible, add a way to do it
 (a button in the UI for example, and a remote call).
