[Elisa] New Catalan translations and some fixes

I've put your updated translations in a branch on launchpad:
https://code.launchpad.net/~elisa-developers/elisa/catalan_translations
Now we need to merge them back into rest. Any volunteer to review
catalan translations? ;)

@Jesús: as you are a member of elisa-developers, next time please create
 the branch yourself, it will save some diffs and prevent me from facing
my poor shell scripting abilities to automate the merge. The parent
branch from which you should branch is rest
(https://code.launchpad.net/~elisa-developers/elisa/rest).
