DAAP plugin for inclusion in 0.5, courtesy of Benjamin.

What I did on top of that:

- made daap parser asynchronous
- implemented caching in the resource_provider so as to be able to
filter data by artist/albums

Alessandro already reviewed it and suggested tweaks I applied.
