[Elisa-commits] [PATCH] fixing the scanner widget decorator

The scanner widget decorator was returning without a Deferred if the 
MediaScanner is deactivated. Because of this the frontend failed on creating the 
Music-Library controller and the user was not able to enter it.

Maybe we should later add a maybeDeferred around the decorator call in the 
frontend. But this patch is a real fix for the scanning widget.
