[Elisa-commits] [MERGE] Style optimisations

Hi,

That bundle's intent is to optimise the Style object that is part of
critical code path (widgets creation).

It sets merge of styles to be inplace by default, removes a useless
default closure handler and reorganise the __setattr__ to have it
slightly more efficient (profiling confirmed).

Unit tests still pass.
