[Elisa-commits] [MERGE] Removed deprecated player infrastructure

That bundle removes all references to the old and deprecated player
infrastructure that was used in Elisa 0.3 from the core and the base
plugin.
The player plugin formerly containing the player UI is also removed by
that bundle.
