[Elisa-commits] [MERGE] gst metadata cancellable

This merge request contains the new gst metadata plugins. It contains several 
fixes for linux and windows and allows you to cancell metadata requests you did 
to it.

Also the classes are now splitted into several files to have a better overview 
about everything and later add the AMP Subprocessing system as a replacement for 
the PBClient.

This merge needs to be done for the media scanner.

I send this merge request in the name of Alessandro and will also review it as 
it is not my code.
