[Elisa-commits] [MERGE] http_client branch into REST branch

The http_client plugin is now better tested, a few bugs have been fixed
and the tests have been reorganised and improved (more tests).
A specialized client that handles HTTP redirections has also been added
(HttpResourceClient), this is the one that should be used when writing
new resource providers.
